Delivery time for a custom set of nails can vary. They are usually dispatched within 2 days up to a week. During very busy periods the delay may be slightly longer. You will always be kept informed on your item(s). Once finished, your set(s) will be posted either standard shipping or next day depending on what you choose at checkout.

For all other items excluding custom nails your item(s) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and will be sent either standard or next day depending on what you choose at checkout. Please note items will only be dispatched when payment has cleared. Depending on your payment method this can take 3-7 working days* although the majority of orders are dispatched the next working day or same day.

For machine made nail sets, delivery can at times take up to 30 days - Average wait time is currently 6 days

 

Kiki London orders- If you are paying with paypal your order will be dispatched the same day or next day. If you are paying with laybuy, clearpay or via bank (stripe) your order will take approximately 5 days to be dispatched. If you are paying via Klarna, orders will be dispatched in approximately 14 days.

 

All premium nail sets are dispatched as soon as complete, this is on average 3 days

 

All nail art products (Not including Kiki London) will be dispatched within 3 days
